All day on site coordination on the day of the wedding, from first vendor arrival until last guest standing

All day on site coordination on the day of the wedding, vendor arrival and until cake cut
*please note that all execution within this package is done solely by the couple. The wedding couple are the only people the wedding planner will be in contact with until 1 month before the event. All recommendations and advice given to the couple will be left to their sole execution.

Close coordination with the catrer regarding guest allergies, restrictions and speeches
Setting up name cards, table plan and party favors provided by the couple
*If you sign this service with me and start planning on your own, but realize you're overwhelmed and want me to take over the planning process, this fee will be deducted from the new full wedding planning fee.
